Reservation, Cancellation, and No Refunds

Participants shall reserve services by reading and agreeing to this Agreement along with the non-refundable, non-transferable reservation fee indicated in checkout page.

The full fee of the course is non-refundable and non-transferable. If Participant elects the payment plan option, Participant is responsible for paying Company the entirety of the remaining balance. The payment plan must be paid on time each month and any default in payment will result in immediate removal from the program. Company retains the right to legally enforce Participant to pay any remaining balance on their payment plan should cancellation or non-payment occur.

No refunds will be allowed. Cancellation must be made in writing and sent via email to Company pursuant to the Notice provision. Further, no partial refunds of any kind will be allowed for any reason.
